An online workshop for women leaders
Introducing our new online workshop for women leaders this International Women’s Day.
To celebrate International Women’s Day 2019, we are offering a short online module for women leaders that includes a reflection tool to help you assess your current career position and leadership roles, as a basis for future planning.
The module draws on research findings from interviews with female CEOs, undertaken as part of Oxford’s CEO research project and focuses on one of the three themes identified in the article based on that research.
Kathryn Bishop, Programme Director of our successful Women Transforming Leadership Programme, will guide you through the use of the reflection tool, and there is a downloadable workbook to help you.
This exercise will be available from 8th March from 10am until 31st March.
This is a free online module, which is open to everyone.
