Rosemarie “Ut” P. Rafael is the Chairwoman and President of several Philippine companies such as AIC Group of Companies Holding Corporation (Airspeed Group) and 1Sycamore Food Ventures, Inc. She is currently in the Board of Directors of Amazing Philippines Digital Economy Corporation, Linex Corporation, TGL Transglobal Logistics , Inc. (independent), and Axelum Resources Corp. A well-known figure in the logistics industry, she was the first woman president of AirCargo Forwarders of the Philippines Inc. With her dedication, passion, and exemplary leadership, she has been recognized by local and international award-giving bodies such as APEC Best Awards, ASEAN Business Awards, Asia Leaders Awards, and ASIA CEO Awards. Truly , Rosemarie embodies a Global Filipina, always ready to take on the challenge and lead without hesitation.

Cynthia Romero-Mamon, Ph.D. is Chief Operating Officer of Enchanted Kingdom, Inc. She started her career as MIS Division Director of Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Council for Agriculture and Resources Research and Development (DOST-PCARRD). She served as president of SUN Microsystems Philippines, and as president of IT associations like ITAP, PETEF, ITFP. She was recognized by Gateway Media as one of the most powerful women in Information Technology, and by Filipina Women’s Network as one of the 100 Most Influential Filipinas in the World. A dynamic and inspirational servant leader, Cynthia believes Jesus is her real CEO. An IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE), Cynthia earned her PH.D. in Management (Summa cum laude), her MBA from UP Diliman, and her Certificate
in Information Systems Specialist Program, GWU, USA.

Consistently recognized by Asia Business Law Journal as one of the Philippines’ top 100 lawyers, and 2021 awardee of the “Women In Law” Global Award, Atty. Lorna Patajo-Kapunan is Founder and Senior Partner of Kapunan & Castillo Law Offices.  She is awardee of The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service, and the Filipina Women’s Network’s 100 Most Influential Filipina Womens’ Leaders in the World.  Lorna writes for Business Mirror and hosts a weekly program at DWIZ.  She sits on Boards of major corporate clients and is Trustee of Red Cross, CCP, WWF.  Lorna was Past President of the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines; Councilor, ASEAN Patent Attorneys; Past Regional President, ASEAN Intellectual Property Association; Past WomenBizPH Chairman and President, and Past Chairman UN Women.

Imelda ‘Ida’ Ceniza Tiongson is President of an ING formed SPV company, OPAL Portfolio Investments (SPV-AMC) Inc., which handles distressed assets and turns around businesses. Concurrently, she is Chairman of the Board of PruLife UK PH. She started as a traditional banker having worked at National Australia Bank and Philippine National Bank for over 22 years, and then honed her skills in Fintech, Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence at OPAL. Ida serves as Independent Director of Xurpas Inc., PruLife UK PH, and Seedin Technologies Inc. Fintech P2P Platform, and as Trustee of Fintech Alliance PH, Fintech Philippines Association, and Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD). She is also Vice-Chair of MAP’s Governance Committee. Ida lectures at ICD and at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.

Rosemarie Bosch-Ong is an experienced leader with expertise in marketing, administration, and operations. As SEVP-Chief Operating Officer of Wilcon Depot, she creates aggressive strategies that deliver consistent business growth. She currently serves as president of Philippine Retailers Association, as founding director of PropTech Consortium of the Philippines, and as regular columnist of The Philippine Star. She was awarded the International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Award (2018) for her strong and successful entrepreneurial business path in the male-dominated retail construction industry. Hailed as the Iron Lady of the Philippine construction industry, she is a popular resource speaker, and recently judged CNN’s The Final Pitch. Rosemarie earned an MBA with distinction from De La Salle University, and recently finished INSEAD Strategy in the Age of Disruption with distinction.

Mylene Abiva is the President and CEO of FELTA Multi-Media Inc., a 57-year-old company engaged in school technology. She served as the past president of the Philippine Marketing Association (2009). A multi-awarded woman, she received the following recognitions: Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Philippines in the Woman Category (2009), ASEAN Business Leader in the Woman Category (2014), ASEAN Women Entrepreneur (2015), 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World (2016), UN Women Philippines Awardee -Leadership Commitment and Gender Responsive Marketplace (2020), and Asia’s Top Outstanding Woman Marketer (2020). She is also currently Chairperson of the Women’s Business Council Philippines (WomenBizPH). A trailblazing leader and master in Multi-Tasking, I AM WOMAN, Women Rise Research Study and Women Strong Network  are some of  her legacy projects for WomenBizPH.
