ASEAN- Korea Cooperation Fund Action Plan Workshop IDEAS Project Seoul, Korea

Women’s Business Council Philippines (WomenbizPH) was part of Philippine delegation for ASEAN – Korea Cooperation Fund Action Plan Workshop “ Enhancing Digital Economy Participation of ASEAN Women MSMEs (IDEAS project) in Seoul , Korea represented by WomenbizPH Chairperson Mylene Abiva as Lead Consultant and WomenbizPH Women Strong Network Liezl Formilleza-Dunuan as Team Leader.

The objective of the workshop is to develop an Action Plan for project implementation of IDEAS in each ASEAN Member State (AMS).

WomenbizPH Chairperson and ASEAN Access Ambassador Mylene Abiva gave a talk to introduce ASEAN Access to the ASEAN representatives .

Over 20 institutions and NGOs from 10 ASEAN Member States successfully presented their training proposals for funding by the AsiaPacific Women’s Network and Republic of Korea’s Cooperation Fund.

Dr. Yunkeum Chang, President, Sookmyung Women’s University (the oldest all women university in Korea) graced us with her presence

WomenbizPH is the Implementing agency for the Asia Pacific Women Information Network Center (APWINC) in the Philippines
