Research has shown how fathers’ active and authentic parental involvement boosts their children’s academic, emotional and social stability. In this Women Mentoring Women (W2W) Talks, we invited successful father and daughter teams who are successful entrepreneurs in their own industries, to know more about how fathers’ influences and participation in their daughters’ lives enabled entrepreneurial and business mindsets.

In the program, we intend to feature 3 panel sessions, namely:

Panel 1: Father as Coach by Francis and Rachel Kong

Panel 2: Father as Manager by Josiah Go and Tricia Gosingtian

Panel 3: Father as Mentor by Bert, Sheila and Donna Lina

The said event will be Moderated by Mr. RJ. Ledesma.

Our speakers will share their personal stories on how fathers may have influenced their daughters in pursuing their chosen careers – as providers of both professional and personal guidance, affecting their daughters’ characters and drive, as well as their sense of leadership and empowerment.
