Women’s Business and Leadership Summit 2019: Women @Work, Accelerate, Create, Transform in a Digital World

The next generation of women are already creating the change needed for true empowerment to exist today. Despite the continuing challenges that face women in the socio-cultural and economic landscape, there are such women who have broken new grounds and smashed glass ceilings, defied cultural barriers, and have conquered summits never before reached, enabled by the world of digital, a world where gender equality and diversity truly exists.

The conference will feature young women in the digital and technological sphere, as they talk about creating, capturing and delivering value using ICT and digital tools, now imperative in ways of doing business. Highlights of some commissioned research on access to finance, inclusive business, and women in STEM and on boards will also be presented.

Indeed, the future of women at work is here, now.
